With this, the Directorate of Human Resource Development endeavors to improve human resource through systematic, expedient and dependable learning and development program.

The Training Needs Analysis WebForm is the initial step in a cyclical process which contributes to the overall learning and development strategy of the BJMP corps under the guiding wings of the Directorate of the Human Resource Development, in achieving the goals of BJMP.

The need to compete from the inside out has made the Bureau aim to increase the power of people-related processes to build and sustain competitive advantage as the ultimate organizational objective; thus, improving and professionalizing safe humane jail services.
