From humble beginnings come great things. The newly appointed Director of BJMP-NHQ, Directorate for Human Resource Development, JSSUPT AMADO A CONCEPCION, JR CES(E) envisioned to systematized the processes and systems of the DHRD to a whole new perspective. Initially eyeing on Training Needs Assessment as the initial cornerstone for Training and Development, he conceptualized the idea of developing an online, information technology-based training needs assessment tool for data collection and result generation.
The DHRD Management Team primed the necessary systems content and administrative essentials in data collection and communication from DHRD NHQ to the Regional Offices, to gather the necessary training needs of the BJMP Corps.
Under the guiding supervision of DHRD Director JSSUPT CONCEPCION, JO1 LINO C MOMONGAN and JO1 MIKE NOEL Z BARAQUIEL took charge as the Lead Programmers of the programming and development of the Training Needs Assessment Online Tool or coined as the TNA Webform. Team of carefully chosen trainees involved the technical support staff of the team, in-charge of the article composition, trainings research, system formula development, and media-art direction; JO1 MARLONE R POLIQUIT, JO1 MARK JULIUS V RABIA, JO1 CHARLIE INSO, JO1 RYAN MAKIPUTIN and the rest of the technical support staff.
At this time, the TNA Webform is in the Beta Version of its development. The DHRD Team is committed to extend and expand the utilization of technology towards improving Human Resource, towards excellent safe humane professional jail service.
